£4.00 Small Parcels - sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Used for yarns, kits, bags & everything else.

Cancellation & Refund policy: 

To request a refund or cancellation of an order please contact me with your order number and details of the issue.

• Buyer can return or exchange physical items.
• Buyer must return item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
• Items must be returned in original condition. Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
